Jamelle E. McKenzie, President and CEO

Reverend Jamelle McKenzie accepted the call to ministry in 1981. Immediately she began to travel throughout the United States evangelizing by preaching hope and salvation, and counseling the abused, oppressed, bereaved and depressed. By the time she was ordained in 1984 she had already birthed two thriving ministries at the University of Virginia; Deliverance Crusade for Christ and Love in Action Ministries. In addition to serving as President, CEO and Founder of Adullam Ministries, Inc., Jamelle is founded Destiny Tabernacle International Ministries, Destiny SOZO, and Saltlyfe Entertainment Group. She currently serves as Apostolic Leader of New Destiny Kingdom Center, a non denominational multi-cultural training center in Atlanta, Georgia in 2006. Prior to that time she served nine years as an Elder and pastored two African Methodist Episcopal churches; St. Paul AME, Carrollton, GA and Knights Monumental AME, Stockbridge, GA. Jamelle has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Ministry from Virginia Seminary and has attended CBI Bible College and completed graduate work at several institutions including University of Virginia, Brenau University and Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdenominational Theological Center. Versatility and diversity can be noted among her other accomplishments in that Jamelle is an educator holding a Georgia teaching certificate and formerly served as Owner/Director of the Jacobs Center for Performing Arts. Jamelle is a published author. Forty Days of Power-filled Prayer and The Next Level are her most recent works.

 
Adrienne S. London, Chief Financial Officer

As the SALT Foundationís Chief Financial Officer, Adrienne London is responsible for the proper allocation, management and accountability of Foundation resources. Adrienne brings 27 years of finance and business management expertise to bear on the monumental task of administering SALT Foundation projects and programs worldwide. Prior to joining the S.A.L.T. Foundation, Adrienne served as Vice President of Leasing within the Commercial Bank Divsion of Bank of America. Adrienne is a Six Sigma certified financial professional with over two decades of progressive and diversified experience in management and the commercial finance industry. She attended Howard University in Washington, DC where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Adrienneís successful career in corporate finance began upon graduation from Howard in 1979 when she accepted a two year internship opportunity at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) assisting the Financial Comptroller. She then went on to work in account management and development for Fortune 500 companies such as Chase, FINOVA Capital, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. In 2004, Adrienne received her Six Sigma and LEAN Green Belt Certification she now applies to executing processes that support the Performance Objectives, Projects and Programs of the Foundation. Adrienne is the Owner of Destinyís Sanctuary, and promotes health and healthy living through her international Vlog, Healthy and Empowered With Adrienne and Friends.
 
Yvonne M. London, Chief Legal Counsel

Yvonne M. London was raised in New Jersey. Yvonne earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in history and political science from Rutgers University. At Rutgers she was a member of organizations such as the NAACP and the Big Buddy Mentoring Program. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan where she was vice president of the International Law Students Association, community service chair for the Black Law Students Association, oralist for the Jessup International Moot Court team, and recipient of the Judges Leona and Leonia Lloyd Twins for Justice Scholarship. In 2009, Yvonne spent the summer in Lausanne, Switzerland studying international human rights law. While in law school, Yvonne interned for the prestigious Michigan law firm Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, Johnson and Giroux, P.C. She also participated in the Wayne Law Pro Bono Program volunteering as an intern for the Michigan Childrenís Law Center. Befroe joining the SALT Foundation in her role as Chief Legal Counsel, Yvonne worked at the New Jersey Attorney Generalís office. In addition to her duties with the Foundation she serves as Agency attorney at NYC Administration for Children's Services represent the city in Article 10 child abuse and neglect cases.
